Christopher Stone
Christopher Stone is an English artist based in Ibiza, working across painting and sculpture.
His work has developed over more than five decades, moving between materials, subjects and forms without settling into a single discipline or style. Painting and sculpture sit alongside one another, often sharing the same recurring figures, humour, accidents and ideas.
Stone's work has been exhibited internationally and is held in private, public and institutional collections. He has worked with galleries and artists throughout his career, including an eighteen-year association with the sculptor Barry Flanagan.
He continues to work from his studio in Ibiza.

Art + Soul — Gormleys Gallery, Ireland
A regular participant in Gormleys' Art + Soul exhibitions each year since Brackenstown house in 2008, with sculpture shown at major estates and venues across Ireland. The large-scale exhibitions bring together modern and contemporary painting and sculpture, with works by leading Irish and international artists.
Recent exhibitions include Castlemartyr Resort, Cork, and Mount Juliet Estate, Kilkenny, where Lost Dog and The Traveller were exhibited in 2026.
