I'm an English artist living and working in Ibiza.
I've been making art for more than fifty years. I paint, make sculpture and occasionally make things that don't fit comfortably into either category.
I've worked in bronze, steel, resin, marble, paint and whatever else seemed right at the time. Some of the work is serious, some of it isn't. Humour has always found its way in.
I worked alongside Barry Flanagan for eighteen years, first as a colleague and later as a friend. His influence on my life was considerable, although I've always made my own work in my own way.
These days I work from my studio near Santa Eulària. I still make things because I want to see what happens.
